With every exhalation, you break into tiny pieces, only to reassemble yourself with every inhalation. You are the universe, the universe is you. Like a supernova, you explode with new power every time, except that you don’t disappear into space; space becomes you. Each exhalation gives you new life, each memory reminds you of who you are. You burn everything in your radius so that it can be reborn.

You pass from one state to another suddenly, but without witnesses. The transition is violent yet gentle, like feet running across the dewy grass in the morning.

Only the singing of birds at 3 a.m. joyfully announces that this is the day.

Supernova, this is how a person changes. Suddenly, they realise that it has happened, this silent process, without witnesses, has just happened.

You can see this change behind your closed eyelids, only your inner world is proof of this change.

Rebirth.
